The DGF156BC is a large, floor-standing drying oven specifically designed for post-coating processing of automotive glass. It operates at a maximum temperature of 150℃ (customizable to over 300℃), meeting the needs of various heat treatment processes.
With proper maintenance, it can last over 15 years. We provide lifetime maintenance services.
The equipment has an internal volume of 6.3m³, with working chamber dimensions of 2200×1600×1800mm, suitable for drying and curing large batches of large-sized workpieces.
Utilizing a bottom sliding chute design, it eliminates the need for foundation excavation. Trolleys can be directly pushed in, greatly improving loading and unloading efficiency and operational convenience.
Equipped with a custom-made stainless steel trolley, it boasts strong load-bearing capacity and a reasonable number of layers, capable of loading up to 150pcs plates at a time, suitable for efficient batch processing in industries such as automotive glass.
The oven features a double-door structure, with three hinges on each door, ensuring excellent sealing. Combined with high-temperature resistant silicone strips, it effectively prevents heat loss.
The control system adopts Fuji programmable controllers, supporting multi-segment temperature control, and features self-tuning and over-temperature protection functions, ensuring intelligent and reliable operation.

The oven is widely applicable to high-temperature testing of products in industries such as automotive, aviation, aerospace, military, electrical engineering, electronics, materials, and pharmaceuticals.

Q: How can I trust your capabilities?
A: We strongly recommend and welcome your "video factory visit." You can view our processing equipment, production site, and even the factory's property ownership certificate in real time via video conference. This is more intuitive and credible than any promotional material.
Q: Does the oven have a programmable control function?
A: The standard oven comes with a Shanghai Yatai temperature control instrument, which does not have a programmable setting function. Alternatively, you can choose a Fuji instrument or a touchscreen instrument with programmable control. This allows you to program the temperature, such as raising it to 100℃ and holding it there for 30 minutes, then raising it to 150℃ and holding it there for another 30 minutes. These three control instruments have different prices; we will provide a quote based on your specific needs.
Q: What are your payment methods?
A: Generally, T/T is the most common payment method. We can also accept L/C.
