1. This high temperature lab oven is specifically designed for large-sized workpieces such as aero-engine components and epoxy resin composite materials. With an internal volume of 8m³, it meets the requirements of high-temperature drying and heat treatment processes.
2. The high temperature lab oven is equipped with three height-adjustable load-bearing shelves, each capable of supporting ≥200kg, suitable for high-load drying of heavy workpieces.
3. A pressure relief door is located at the rear of the high temperature lab oven. It automatically opens to release pressure in case of abnormal pressure increases in the working chamber, ensuring equipment and operational safety (manual resetting is required).
4. The door uses a high-temperature resistant silicone rubber strip for sealing. Its excellent elasticity ensures long-term sealing performance at 200℃, effectively preventing heat leakage.
5. Equipped with a customized explosion-proof temperature sensor and an explosion-proof certificate, ensuring safe and reliable operation in flammable and explosive environments.
6. Non-standard customization with different internal dimensions is supported. We will provide design drawings for your review within 7 days of contract signing. Production will only begin after approval to avoid issues such as the finished product not meeting your site dimensions.

Q: How do you prove that the temperature specifications meet the technical requirements before the equipment leaves the factory?
A: We have our own factory. From design, sheet metal work, powder coating, and electrical assembly to equipment assembly, every step is completed in-house. After the equipment is manufactured, we use a temperature monitoring instrument to monitor the temperature inside the drying oven to ensure it meets the requirements of the technical agreement before shipping.
If you require a calibration certificate from a qualified third-party organization, that can also be provided.
Q: Where in China is your factory located? If you're shipping by sea, where do you usually ship from?
A: Our factory is in Chongqing, in southwest China. For sea-shipped equipment, we can usually ship from Shanghai, Tianjin, or other similar locations.
