Structural Features of a Walk-In Environmental Test Chamber
Construction
The walk-in environmental test chamber is manufactured using sheet metal processing equipment. It includes one imported German laser cutting machine and one AMADA CNC bending machine. The chamber body is made of high-quality galvanized steel with excellent insulation properties, finished with electrostatic powder coating and baking paint.
Interior
The inner chamber is constructed from imported SUS-304 stainless steel plates, using full argon arc welding to prevent leakage and infiltration of high-temperature, high-humidity gases. The interior corners are designed with rounded edges for better drainage of condensation on the sidewalls.
Observation
The chamber features a large anti-fog observation window, allowing clear viewing of samples during testing. The air duct system is designed with top air outlets and bottom return air circulation to ensure uniform airflow distribution within the chamber.
Condensation Management
The bottom of the chamber includes drainage grooves to facilitate the discharge of condensate during humid heat processes. The inner chamber is designed with rounded corners for easier cleaning and hygiene maintenance.
Pressure Balance
