The working chamber measures 1000×1000×1500mm and is equipped with a 3-layer insulated sample rack, each layer capable of supporting up to 40kg, meeting the simultaneous testing requirements of large components or multiple batches of samples.

Even under a 150kg load, it maintains a rapid temperature change rate of ≥5℃/min, with temperature fluctuations controlled within ±0.5℃, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of test data and meeting stringent standards such as GJB150 and GB/T2423.
Comprehensive System Integration
We provide complete supporting solutions, including a shared water softener and dryer system, equipped with a 20-meter dedicated power cord and 6 Φ100mm test lead holes, supporting multi-device collaborative operation and significantly improving overall laboratory efficiency.

1. What is the maximum test load of the equipment?
The equipment supports a maximum uniform load of 200kg and maintains a temperature change rate of ≥5℃/min even under a 150kg load, meeting the testing needs of most industrial products.
2. How is the temperature control accuracy of the equipment guaranteed?
It adopts an armored platinum resistance sensor and PID automatic adjustment, with temperature fluctuation ≤±0.5℃ and uniformity ≤2℃, ensuring high stability of the testing environment.
3. What communication interfaces does the equipment support?
Standard configuration includes USB and RS-485 interfaces; optional LAN/CAN interfaces are available, supporting simultaneous access from up to 32 computers for convenient data acquisition and remote monitoring.
4. What special conditions are required for installation?
