This high-temperature laboratory oven is specifically designed for large-sized workpieces, such as composite materials, with an internal volume of 8m³, meeting the requirements of high-temperature drying and heat treatment processes.
The equipment is equipped with three height-adjustable load-bearing shelves, each capable of supporting ≥200kg, suitable for high-load drying of heavy workpieces.
It features a full stainless steel inner liner structure, with corrosion-resistant liquid-contact parts, suitable for humid or solvent-containing process environments.
The equipment integrates an air filtration system equipped with filters no larger than 5μm, ensuring clean, particle-free air entering the chamber.
The top of the chamber has a DN150 air outlet with an external duct, allowing connection to an external exhaust system for easy removal of exhaust gases and moisture.
Customization of different internal dimensions is supported. We will provide design drawings for your review within 7 days of contract signing. Production will only begin after approval to avoid issues such as the finished product not meeting your site dimensions.
The equipment features an anti-static design with excellent overall grounding, effectively preventing safety hazards caused by static electricity accumulation.

Q: Where in China is your factory located? If you're shipping by sea, where do you usually ship from?
A: Our factory is in Chongqing, in southwest China. For sea-shipped equipment, we can usually ship from Shanghai, Tianjin, or other similar locations.
Q: What is your minimum order quantity for large lab oven?
A: The minimum order quantity is 1 unit. Of course, discounts are available for orders of multiple units. We look forward to your inquiry.
Q: What is your lead time for large lab oven?
A: The production cycle for non-standard customized drying ovens is 30-45 days.
Q: How do you prove that the temperature specifications meet the technical requirements before the equipment leaves the factory?
A: We have our own factory. From design, sheet metal work, powder coating, and electrical assembly to equipment assembly, every step is completed in-house. After the equipment is manufactured, we use a temperature monitoring instrument to monitor the temperature inside the drying oven to ensure it meets the requirements of the technical agreement before shipping.
