Forced Air Circulation Drying Oven Technical Specifications

 

 

The forced air circulation drying oven is a high-performance thermal aging testing device designed to meet high-standard experimental requirements.

The internal volume is 624L, with a chamber size of 600×800×1300mm (D×W×H) and external dimensions of approximately 1000×1540×2100mm.

The power supply is AC380V±10%, 50Hz±1, with a power consumption of approximately 9KW.

It employs an integrated three-duct horizontal ventilation structure to ensure uniform heating of the sample surface. The inner wall is made of SUS201 stainless steel, and the outer wall is made of cold-rolled steel plate with electrostatic double-sided powder coating. 100mm of glass wool is used for insulation, effectively improving thermal insulation performance.

The equipment is equipped with a 4-layer detachable turntable, rotating at approximately 5 rpm, with a turntable diameter of approximately 450mm. The single-layer load capacity is ≤10Kg, and the total load capacity does not exceed 40kg.

The control system employs a high-precision touchscreen programmable temperature controller, supporting both programmed operation and constant-speed operation modes.

Safety protection devices include independent over-temperature protection, fan overheat protection, power supply overcurrent protection, and grounding protection.
