Drying ovens with pressure relief doors are widely used in baking and heat treatment in industries such as chemical and electronics. They are particularly suitable for drying and aging materials such as epoxy resins during production or testing. Their unique pressure relief door automatically opens when the internal pressure is abnormal, which can ensure operational safety.
Features
This DGT series is equipped with a pressure relief safety device.
A pressure relief door is located at the rear of the chamber, which automatically opens in case of overpressure.
An external pipe (with a nut) is connected to the top vent for easy gas release. Users can connect the pipe to vent hot gases outside the laboratory.
Multiple internal volumes are available: 640L, 1000L, 2640L and 3300L, suitable for constant temperature drying of components ranging from small to large ones. The DGT202 and DGT3033BN models feature a double door.
Control system: The heater and temperature control instruments are mounted on the side of the chamber. Temperature uniformity ±2.5%℃.
Standard configuration includes two stainless steel shelves, three or four shelves are also available.
The equipment is designed with support feet at the bottom, approximately 100mm high, for easy forklift handling. Casters can also be installed at the bottom for easy relocation.
The system is equipped with Shanghai Yatai temperature control instruments. Alternatively, you can choose Fuji instruments with programmable control or touchscreen instruments; these three control instruments have different prices.
