The DGF3039BC programmable drying oven is designed for large-capacity high-temperature heat treatment, with an internal volume of 3900L and a working chamber size of 1200x2050x1600mm. It is widely used in the aerospace, electronics, and materials industries.
The equipment is equipped with 100mm high support feet at the bottom for easy forklift handling and positioning. Once in place, it is stable and reliable, suitable for various industrial workshop layouts.
The temperature range covers RT+10℃ to 300℃, and can be extended to over 400℃, meeting the high-temperature drying and processing requirements of various materials.
It adopts a programmable control instrument with multi-segment program setting, self-tuning, and PID adjustment functions to achieve precise temperature control and process repeatability.
The oven is equipped with four heavy-duty racks, each capable of supporting up to 500kg, suitable for drying and curing large workpieces and batches of materials.
The bottom load-bearing capacity exceeds 2 tons/square meter, suitable for stacking heavy workpieces. The bottom plate uses a thick steel plate with localized reinforcing ribs.
A Φ100mm test lead hole is provided on the side of the enclosure for easy connection of external sensors or online monitoring and data acquisition.
The equipment operates at approximately 72dB, is energy-efficient and low-noise, and is suitable for long-term use in various production and experimental environments.
The electrical system has multiple protections against power phase loss, undervoltage, and overcurrent, ensuring stable operation of the equipment under complex power grid conditions.
