1. Operators should be familiar with the performance and structure of this equipment and must obtain an operating qualification certificate before operating it.
2. Place the workpiece to be dried and cured into the drying oven, leaving sufficient space around it to ensure unobstructed airflow within the working chamber. Close the drying oven door.
3. Adjust the damper knob to the appropriate position according to the condition of the item to be dried and cured.
4. Turn on the power and fan switches. The power indicator light will illuminate, and the motor will start. After the self-test process, the temperature control instrument will display the measured temperature inside the working chamber on the "PV" screen and the set temperature to be dried on the "SV" screen. At this point, the drying oven is in working condition.
5. Press the "L" key. The "SV" screen will display "5P". Use the up or down arrow keys to change the temperature value displayed on the "SV" screen until the desired value is reached. After setting, press the "SET" key. The "PV" screen will display "5T", activating the timer function. If the timer function is not used, press the "SET" button again to display the measured temperature on the "PV" screen and the set temperature on the "SV" screen. If the timer function is used, when the "PV" screen displays "5T", the "SV" screen will display "0". Use the plus and minus keys to set the desired time. After setting, press the "SET" button to put the drying oven into working mode.
6. After setting the temperature and time, open the door and place the product inside. Then close the door and tighten the latch to enter the set working state.
