1. Dust Simulation System

The dust and sand test chamber primarily simulates a dust and sand environment through a complex system. First, there's the dust and sand storage and transportation section. The chamber is equipped with specialized dust and sand storage containers that store dust particles meeting specific particle size and concentration requirements. This dust is then evenly transported into the chamber's working chamber via specific pipes and a conveying device.

During the transportation process, airflow is involved. A fan generates a strong airflow that carries the dust particles within the chamber, simulating the natural phenomenon of dust being blown and dispersed by the wind. By adjusting the fan speed and direction, the flow pattern and distribution of the dust can be altered to more realistically simulate dust and sand environments under different natural conditions.

 

2. Temperature and Humidity Control System

Besides dust and sand simulation, temperature and humidity control is another crucial part of the working principle. Temperature and humidity sensors are installed inside the chamber to monitor the temperature and humidity in real time. Temperature control is typically achieved through heating and cooling devices. When the temperature inside the chamber falls below the set value, the heating device activates; when the temperature rises above the set value, the cooling device starts, ensuring a stable test environment temperature.

Humidity control is accomplished through humidification and dehumidification equipment. Humidification adds moisture to the air inside the chamber to increase humidity; dehumidification removes excess moisture to decrease humidity. This precise temperature and humidity control allows for the simulation of temperature and humidity conditions in dusty environments under different geographical locations and seasons, enabling products to be tested in environments closer to reality.

 

3. Control System

The entire dust test chamber is operated and managed by an advanced control system. This system allows for precise control and adjustment of various components, such as setting parameters like dust concentration, wind speed, wind direction, temperature, and humidity. Operators simply input the corresponding test parameters on the control interface, and the control system automatically adjusts the operating status of each component to ensure the test proceeds under predetermined conditions. Meanwhile, the control system also has real-time monitoring and recording functions, which can record various data during the test, such as changes in temperature, humidity, and dust concentration, to facilitate subsequent analysis and evaluation of the test results.
