FAQ
Q: What external facilities are required for the equipment?
A: The user needs to provide a clean compressed air source (pressure 5-8 kg, consumption approximately 1 cubic meter/minute) and distilled or deionized water that meets the resistivity requirements. The power supply is 380V three-phase five-wire.
Q: How is the salt spray deposition rate calibrated?
A: The equipment comes standard with a mist collecting cylinder. Place at least two clean collectors inside the chamber, collect continuously for at least 16 hours, calculate the average value, and calibrate to the specified range by adjusting the spray pressure and saturator temperature.
