The core structure of the high temperature test chamber consists of six main parts: the outer shell, heating system, temperature control system, insulation layer, ventilation system, and internal chamber. The outer shell is made of metal (such as steel plate), providing both protection and support. The heating system converts electrical energy into heat energy using heating elements to achieve rapid heating (maximum temperature can reach over 300℃). The temperature control system consists of a high-precision sensor (±0.1℃) and a PID controller, ensuring temperature fluctuations within ≤±2℃. The insulation layer uses thermal insulation materials such as rock wool (thermal conductivity ≤0.04W/m·K) to effectively reduce heat loss. The ventilation system uses forced convection design to achieve temperature uniformity within ±3℃, suitable for scenarios such as aging tests of electronic components. The internal chamber volume is available from 50L to 1000L, and a stainless steel inner liner can be customized to meet the needs of corrosive environment testing.
